Our $9.99 Nitro plan is in the workshop with a few recent additions and more on the way. So please keep giving us feedback: here's where you can tell us what you want to see more of. We're going to double down on making sure Nitro nails its mission: more features, fun, and enhancements for hanging out in Discord with the people you care about. With this change, we have the resources to refocus. The games will go away on October 15th, meanwhile, here's a snippet from their announcement of what they plan to do with the service, which they're charging $10 a month for. There had been some improvements over the past few months to make it better, but now it appears the company will cut their loses on the game front and shut it down. In fact, you'd be hard-pressed to find much promotion for it on the service to begin with. But the key thing to having a service like this is getting people to use it, which apparently, barely anyone did. Last year the company launched Nitro, which is a program that gives you a set of games every month, along with a ton of features you can throw into your Discord channel in order to make it look a little fancier. Discord will be taking their Nitro Games catalog from the Nitro subscription service after nearly a year due to a lack of people using it.
